1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Health & hygiene products (e.g., herbal supplements, cosmetics).

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

  • If rejected, we will return the product to you.

3. Exchange Policy

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).

  • For eligible returns, we may provide a prepaid return label.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
